1. Using Gift Cards / Certificates

Q: Where can I use it?

A: It’s valid at all locations.

Q: Will it expire or decrease in value?

A: No

Q: Can I return it or exchange it for cash?

A: Sorry, but there are no refunds, exchanges or cash back. Gratuities not included.

Q: What if I lose it or it’s stolen?

A: Treat like cash, lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Other restrictions & state laws may apply. We reserve the right to reject any gift card or certificate issued, directly or indirectly, in connection with fraud.

Q: Can I reload more money on it?

A: If it’s a digital gift card, in most cases Yes. Please contact us if needed if you have further questions on this. Balances remain until fully redeemed.

Q: How do I check my balance?

A: Please give us a call to find out your gift balance at the number at the bottom of this page.

Q: Can I use it to make online purchases?

A: Not at this time.

2. Placing Your Order

Q: In what denominations can I purchase from this website?

A: You can purchase on this website denominations of $25-$1000. If you would like to purchase over $1000, please email us here matt@secondsoleohio.com for more information.

Q: How do I know you received my order and shipped my order?

A: After your order is placed, you’ll be emailed a receipt. Then, you’ll get an email when your order ships.

Q: Do you offer a discount if I purchase a large quantity?

A: Yes, in most cases. Please email us here matt@secondsoleohio.com with your bulk gifting needs and questions.

3. Shipping

Q: What is the shipping time?

A: Once we receive and process your order(s) in most cases we ship via US Mail in 24-48 hrs. It usually takes 3-5 business days to reach your US shipping address after that. We don’t ship on Holidays, weekends or after hours. Delivery to some Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Island, and Puerto Rico destinations may take from 5-10 business days. It’s best to place your order by December 19th if you want to have it there by Christmas. We cannot guarantee shipping times

Q: Can I purchase and have it shipped to someone else?

A: You bet! When you place your order, select the “Different from Billing” address option. Enter the address details of your recipient and we’ll ship it via US Mail to them in 3-5 business days.

Q: Will you ship to multiple addresses?

A: Sure, if you’re buying for multiple addresses, you must place a separate order for each shipped address.

Q: Where do you ship too?

A: We ship to every USA state and territory address. We don’t ship to P.O Box addresses or internationally at this time.
